PAM Building offer
We offer above and below ground drainage solutions for multi-storey buildings and rainwater products for traditional buildings. We are proud of the high performance and quality of our products which meet the future needs of the building drainage sector. The core of our offer is based on the high performance of cast iron products which not only give you the strength and stability to match your building but are also made from 99% recycled materials and can be 100% recycled.
We are very focused on the future needs of our customers and not only do we offer a complete drainage system, but also offer services such as technical support and Pre-Assembly, all to ensure you meet your customers' needs more effectively. The following paragraphs will give you a bit of information about our business and our offer, however, we are a very people-focused business and any of our team would love to discuss any further topics or questions you might have.
Our product offers can be split into 3 main sectors:
Above ground drainage
Ensign and Timesaver soil product ranges offer a very high level of performance for your wastewater and foul waste through large multi-storey buildings. These cast iron systems offer strength, stability, high levels of acoustic performance and the Ensign system offers an A1 fire rating.
Below ground drainage
The Timesaver drain system is a no-compromise offer that is designed for strength and longevity where future access would not be an option and is kitemarked approved to BS 437. The Ensign below ground drainage range offers a wide range of sizes and has a zinc external coating in accordance with BS EN 877.
Traditional Rainwater and Gutters
Our classical range of downpipes and wide range of gutters will mean you have a wide range of styles and fittings to meet the needs of traditional and high-quality buildings in which there should be no material compromise with cast iron being the best solution.
