"Hi everyone, I’m Jamie, I have been with Saint-Gobain Weber for the last 4 years and completed my engineering apprenticeship there. I have now made the internal move to PAM Building to broaden my knowledge and gain more experience. I look forward to meeting the PAM Building family in the near future. During my time off, you can find me either out in the countryside with my 3 dogs or working on my own or friends' cars which is where my passion for Engineering first started."

Meet the Team Monday

Thanks to our intrepid mountain bikers Murray Swinfield Adam Rudevics Darren Kay Simon Higgins Matt Lightbody David Yair and Matt Garthwaite, PAM is reaching new heights!
As restrictions have lifted, these fearless cyclists from our Telford offices had their first group mountain bike ride up The Wrekin at a height of 1335ft. Says Murray "There was 7 of us at the start and after the 1.5-mile climb to the top, one semi-technical descent, one crash and too much walking down the ‘scary’ trails, we did start to lose some riders. By the end of the evening, we had been up the hill 2.5 times with over 3180ft of elevation gain and only had one rider and a cheat on an e-bike left!

We plan to do more group rides, so as restrictions lift you are more than welcome to join us for a site meeting, factory tour and a little bit of mountain biking."
Of course, we're all wondering who the cheat on the e-bike was!

Meet the Team Monday

I hope you are enjoying our #meettheteammonday posts. Pleased to introduce Natalie Walsh. Natalie started out as Site Administrator at our Telford site and after being with us for just 3 years, she is now the PAM Building HR Business Partner.

Says Natalie: “I’ve had great support with my career development not only from my manager but also from fellow leaders which has been incredible and I couldn’t have asked for much more! This has truly helped my confidence and ability to grow, and continue to grow, whilst continuing to learn in my new role and whilst I may come up against new challenges, I know I’ve got the best support and help from all my colleagues to do a great job and be the best I can be!
