Major benefits :
Ensign soil ductile iron two-part couplings for connecting spigot ended cast iron pipes and fittings which incorporate nibs to provide built-in electrical continuity and includes an EPDM gasket as standard. 50 to 125mm diameter are assembled utilising two socket cap screws and nuts (M12), 150 to 250mm diameter are assembled utilising four socket cap screws and nuts and the 300mm is a four-part assembly utilising four socket cap screws and nuts, all driven by a 6mm allen key. The couplings are evenly assembled using a rachet spanner to leave a gap of 2-3mm, or if using a torque wrench set at 20 Nm minimum. The maximum angular deflection supported between two assembled elements is 3 °.Technical infos
