VX-R305 VortX Roof Outlet Balcony with Notched Grate 110mm OD Spigot x 100mm. The VortX cast iron vertical roof drain body has a unique flange design with 4 identification rings that provides a key for the waterproofing membrane or final floor finish, and has dimples to assist drilling location for fixing to the structural deck. For use on residential balcony applications to allow access of water from the balcony into a drainage system and allow the vertical pipework descending from above to be positioned into the gully.
